Why Maintenance???

Users sometimes object to paying for updates. The reason for this objection is usually based on the user's experience with other products releasing updates that have very few new useful features with a high price associated with them. InvoicePal updates contradict the traditional practice.

We created our Update Maintenance Program programs not to force money out of our customers in return for nothing, but rather for us to receive funds for the new major features that we are adding to the product almost every month. Other companies simply don't offer all the new features so rapidly, and make their users wait for up to 2 years until the next version is released. We chose the Update Maintenance Program route so that we can offer these new features to our customers as quickly as possible. In fact, as of 10/1/2004, InvoicePal has been enhanced with several new features and updated security.

As part of our updates policy, we strongly disagree with forcing customers to pay annual maintenance on a product when they may not need or want the new features. So, with the InvoicePal Update Maintenance Program, you only purchase the Update Maintenance Program when you feel the new features included in the update is worth paying for. Customers that do always want to have access to all our updates and upgrades every month, will be able to receive them for a low price of 20% per 12 month period.

How often are updates made available?
There is no set time frame, but we make changes to InvoicePal almost every day. On average we release 2-3 updates within a 6 month period. Each update usually includes around 20 code enhancements, and you can
review as they are released.
